Buffalo Bayou Park west of downtown Houston will soon have a new development.  The Houston Chronicle reports that the 14-acre project, called Autry Park, will adjoin the Montrose and River Oaks neighborhoods.  The Phase 1 portion is underway, and will bring two multifamily and retail buildings totaling 750 units and 50,000 square feet of retail space, all built around the existing Autry Park, which is at West Dallas and Tirrell streets.
